Refund and Cancellation policy

We are always happy to change appointment times where possible. However, if you are unable to transfer your appointment, our policy is a full refund (minus GST) with two weeks’ notice, half refund with one week’s notice. With less than one week’s notice, we are, unfortunately, unable to give you a refund.
